1/4	c	Crunchy peanut butter
1	c	Cool whip
1	pk	Sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into square pan and freeze. Serves 8. ONE SERVING EQUALS: 1/2 P, 1/2 FRUIT, 1/2 FAT, 1/4 MILK AND 40 CALORIES.
