Title: Yeast Buns

Yield: 1 Servings
2 1/4 | lb | Flour |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Currants |
1/2 | c | Butter, or dripping |
2 | c | Water, hot |
1 | c | Yeast |
Essence, to taste. | ||
Nutmeg, to taste. |
Mix together all ingredients and keep very warm.
Make into buns next morning. Let rise again. Then bake for about half an hour.
