Title: Yeast Buns

Yield: 1 Servings

2 1/4lbFlour
3/4cSugar
1/2cCurrants
1/2cButter, or dripping
2cWater, hot
1cYeast
  Essence, to taste.
  Nutmeg, to taste.

Mix together all ingredients and keep very warm.

Make into buns next morning. Let rise again. Then bake for about half an hour.
