20 | g | Yeast |
1 | sm | Cup of lukewarm milk |
1 | pn | Salt |
1 | kg | Onions |
200 | g | Bacon |
2 | tb | Butter |
| | Salt and pepper |
1 | pn | Cumin |
250 | ml | Sour cream |
2 | | Eggs |
2 | | Egg yolks |
Make dough out of the flour, butter, yeast, salt and milk. Let rise for a
short time only. Spread into a (I guess the american equivilant would be a
pie pan) pie pan. Press up a crust of about 2 - 3 cm. Cut the bacon into
small cubes and fry these in some butter - add the diced onions. Add salt,
pepper and cumin. Mix complete eggs and egg yolks with the sour cream.
Spread onions and bacon on the spread out dough, cover with sour cream
mixture slowly so it kann seep through the onions. Bake in an oven which
was preheated to 200øC for about 35 ~ 40 minutes.
