Title: Daddy's Orange Cake

Yield: 1 Cake

1/2	c	Shortening
1/2	c	Sugar
2		Eggs
1/2	c	Sour milk
1	ts	Baking soda
1/4	ts	Salt
2	c	Flour
1		Orange
1	c	Raisins

Mix ingredients in order. Put raisins and orange through a grinder and add to mixture last.

Bake in a tube cake pan at 350 F or in a glass dish for 1 hour 45 minutes, testing with a toothpick.

Frost with cream cheese frosting, whipped cream or dust with confectionery sugar. Can be frozen.
