Title: Curly's Peanut Butter Pie

Yield: 2 Pies
1 1/2 | lb | Oreo cookies |
1/4 | c | Melted butter |
16 | oz | Soft cream cheese |
2 | c | Sugar |
28 | oz | Crunchy peanut butter |
16 | oz | Cool Whip |
Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix till a fine grind. Mix with melted butter and form in 2 pie tins. Refrigerate. Whip cream cheese till soft. Slowly add sugar. Whip till smooth. Add peanut butter. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Place in pie shells and refrigerate overnight.
