Title: Wyoming Apple Butter Pie

Yield: 6 Servings

		9 inch unbaked pastry crust
1/2	c	Sugar
3	tb	All purpose flour
1/2	c	Apple butter
2	tb	Melted butter
2	lg	Eggs, well beaten
1 1/2	c	Milk
1	c	Light cream
1/2	ts	Ground nutmeg

Line 9 inch pie pan with pie pastry, flutting a high edge

Mix sugar with flour. Gradually stir in apple butter and melted butter.

Beat eggs with milk and cream. Beat into apple butter mixture. Pour into pastry lined pie pan Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in middle of filling comes out clean.

Cool on rack.
