3/4 | c | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | c | Oats, uncooked |
10 | oz | Jam, choice of taste |
1. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Add combined dry ingridients; mix well. 3. Press half of the crumb mixture into greased 13 X 9" pan. 4. Spread with jam; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. 5. Bake at 400 F, 20 to 25 minutes. 6. Cool, cut into bars. Typed by Brigitte Sealing
