Title: Bourbon Fruit Cookies

1 | lb | Red candied cherries |
1 | lb | Green candied cherries |
1 | lb | Candied pineapple |
1 | lb | Pecans |
1 | (15 oz.) pkg. golden | |

3 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 | ts | Cloves |
1/2 | c | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar -- firmly |
Packed | ||
4 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Bourbon |
3 | tb | Milk |
Cut cherries, pineapple and pecans into small pieces. Combine with 1/2 cup flour, toss to coat well. Set aside. Combine remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; set aside. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beat well.
Stir into fruit mixture. Add flour mixture. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. (There will be mostly fruit, very little batter - don't over bake). Makes 9 dozen.
