Title: Butter Pie Crust Cookies

1	c	Butter
3	c	Flour

Rub together as you do for pie crust.

Õ1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten lightly Õ Add sugar to beaten egg.

Õ1 tsp. soda 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. vanilla Õ Combine the two mixtures; mix well. Roll out thin - it is important that you use a pastry cloth if possible. Cut into desired shapes. Bake in 400 degree oven a few minutes and watch closely.
