Title: Truly Fruity Cookies

1/2cRaisins
1cApricots
1cPitted dates
1cChopped walnuts
1cWhole wheat flour
1/4cOil
1tbVanilla
1/4tsSalt
2 Eggs -- slightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can crushed
  Pineapple drained

Combine dried fruits, nuts and flour in a big bowl; set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients. Mix well; add to the flour and fruit mixture. Mix thoroughly, and drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
