1		Egg -- beaten
1	c	Sugar
1	c	Peanut butter (any kind)

Mix beaten egg and sugar together, then add peanut butter. Roll into a ball about size of a walnut crisscross with fork. Bake at 350 degrees. They burn very easy so have to watch closely. These are very good and unbelievable.
