Title: Wild Rice Cookies with Raisins

2 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Butter -- softened |
2 | c | Brown sugar |
2 | tb | Water |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
4 | c | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Soda |
1 | c | Cooked pure wild rice |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
Cream the eggs, butter, sugar, water, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add flour, salt, and soda in a separate bowl and mix; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in wild rice and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto lightly greased baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
