Title: Savory Turkey Meatloaf Florentine

1 1/2 | lb | Ground turkey |
1/2 | c | Cream of Wheat |
1/2 | c | Egg substitute |
1/2 | c | Ketchup |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
1 | ts | Dried basil leaves |
1 | pk | (10 oz) chopped spinach, thawed, drained |
1/2 | c | Chopped red pepper |
1/4 | c | Minced onion |
1 | tb | Country-style Dijon mustard |
1 | tb | Honey |
In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 15-25 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
