Title: Savory Yogurt Topping

3/4cStrained nonfat plain yogurt
1tbFresh parsley, minced
1tbFresh chives, minced
1/2tsMaple syrup, pure
1/8tsGround black pepper
1tbWhite wine, optional

Gently blend all ingredients together. The maple syrup does not make this sweet; it simply takes off the sharp bite of the yogurt.

CAUTION: If you overstir strained yogurt, it will become thin.

Yield: 1 cup
