Title: Savoury Chicken Liver Kebabs

125 | g | Rindless streaky bacon |
500 | g | Chicken livers |
12 | Cherry tomatoes | |
125 | g | Button mushrooms |
12 | Prunes, stoned | |
70 | g | Butter, melted |
Wrap a bacon rasher around each chicken liver and secure with a tooth pick. Thread the bacon wrapped livers, tomatoes, mushrooms and prunes alternately onto skewers. Brush with melted butter and braai over moderate coals for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
NOTES : We call BBQ - Braai.
