Title: Sazon Preparado (Prepared Seasoning)

Yield: 6 Cups

3mdOnions; chopped
1 Pepper, bell, green; seeded, chopped
1 Pepper, bell, red; seeded, chopped
4lgGarlic cloves; peeled, chopped
1tbOregano
1cScallions; chopped, both green and white
1/2cParsley; coarsely chopped
1/2cCoriander; chopped
1tsTabasco sauce
1tbPaprika, sweet
1cTomato paste
1cOil, olive
1/2cVinegar, white
  Salt; to taste

Combine all ingredients and blend, bit by bit, to a puree in blender. Pour into saucepan and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Cool and bottle.
