Title: Scalloped Potatoes with Cheddar Sauce

2 | tb | Margarine |
1 | sm | Onion; sliced |
1 | cn | Cream of broccoli cheese soup |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
4 | md | Potatoes; cooked and sliced |
3 | sl | Bacon; cooked and crumbled |
Fresh parsley; for garnish |
1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until tender.
2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot.
4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
