1 1/4 | Red bell peppers; seeded and sliced | |
1 1/4 | Green bell peppers; seeded and sliced | |

2 | tb | Plus 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice |
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over
medium heat. Add scallops and peppers and cook 5-6 minutes. Season with
