Title: Scandanavian Apple Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

2	c	Red Apples, unpeeled, diced
1	c	Celery, diced
2	c	Cabbage, shredded
1/2	c	Sour Cream
		Juice Of 1 Lemon
		Salt & Sugar, to taste
1/2	c	Grapes, halved & seeded
1/2	c	Chopped Nuts, optional

Combine apples, celery, and cabbage. Combine remainin ingredients except grapes. Add to apple mixture. Toss to mix. Garnish with grapes.

Serves 8
