Title: Scandinavian Rice Pudding(Crockpot Style)

2 | c | Half& half -- (light) |
c | Sugar | |

2/3 | c | Chopped dates -- or raisins |
3 | To 3/12 c | |
Vanilla | ||
Cinnamon | ||
Nutmeg | ||
Rice |
1. In pot, combine all ingred. Cover and heat. 2. Cook at med heat for 2 hours, stirring every hour. Reduce to Med - Low heat to keep warm for serving or chill for serving. Serve with light cream, if desired.
