1lbLouis Rich® Breast of Turkey
1pk(2 ounces) slivered almonds
1 Tart green apple
1tbLemon juice
2 Stalks celery; chopped
2 Green onions with tops; chopped
1tbFresh parsley; chopped
1/2cMayonnaise
1/4tsGround thyme
1/8tsGarlic powder
1/8tsOregano leaves
1/8tsPepper
1/8tsRosemary leaves
1/8tsSage

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut turkey into 1/2-inch cubes, set aside. Toast almonds on shallow baking sheet for 8 Minutes or until lightly browned; cool. Cut apple into chunks and toss with lemon juice in large bowl. Add turkey, almonds, celery, onion, and parsley. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, thyme, garlic powder, oregano leaves, pepper, Rosemary leaves, and sage to make dressing. Add to turkey mixture and toss. Cover and chill Thoroughly before serving.
