2	tb	Chocolate syrup
1	tb	Milk or cream
		Chilled carbonated water
1	lg	Scoop chocolate or vanilla ice cream

Place syrup, milk and 1/2 cup carbonated water in the bottom of a 10-ounce glass and stir well. Add ice cream and stir gently while filling the glass with carbonated water.

Yield: Serves 1
