Title: Scotch Chops with Honey Lemon Sauce

1/4 | c | Melted butter |
2 | tb | Honey |
1 | tb | Minced parsley |
1 | tb | Grated lemon rind |
4 | Scotch lamb chops |
Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush 1/2 of mixture on lamb. Broil chops 3-4" from heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn & brush with remaining honey mixture; broil 5-7 minutes longer. NOTE: Scotch chop is breast of lamb, stuffed with ground lamb & sliced.
