2 | tb | Parkay margarine |
6 | Eggs; beaten | |
4 | sl | Velveeta extra thick pasteurized process cheese spread; chop |
2 | tb | Green onion slices |
2 | tb | Chopped parsley |
1 | ds | Pepper |
3 | dr | Hot pepper sauce; to taste |
4 | sl | Crisply cooked bacon; crumbled |
Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Combine all remaining ingredients except bacon; add to skillet. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Stir in bacon. 4 servings.
