2tbParkay margarine
6 Eggs; beaten
4slVelveeta extra thick pasteurized process cheese spread; chop
2tbGreen onion slices
2tbChopped parsley
1dsPepper
3drHot pepper sauce; to taste
4slCrisply cooked bacon; crumbled

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Combine all remaining ingredients except bacon; add to skillet. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Stir in bacon. 4 servings.
