Title: Seafood Artichoke Fettucine

8 Shrimp
2 Lobster tails, just the meat
2 Artichoke hearts, cut in
8 Mushrooms, slice
2ozOlive oil
2ozFlour
8ozLight cream
3ozRomano cheese, grated
2ozSnow or king crabmeat
8ozFettucine, cooked

Saute' shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil. When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat. Mix well Serve over cooked fettucine.
