3 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Parsley |
1 | tb | Sherry |
1 | cn | Crab meat |
1 | cn | Shrimp |
1 | cn | Lobster |
1 | cn | Mushrooms |
Prepare white sauce using the butter, flour, milk, salt, parsley & sherry. Add cans of seafood & simmer 10 minutes. Pour into greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. May be served over rice. 4-5 servings.
