6 | Lasagna noodles, cooked | |
15 | oz | Italian style tomato sauce |
1 | lb | Imatation crab, approx |
1 | c | Ricotta cheese, or cottage |
Cheese | ||
1/4 | c | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | Egg | |
1 | tb | Parsley flakes |

Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cold water, and drain well.
Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese
