1 | oz | Sweet woodruff |
1/2 | oz | Orris root powder |
3 | oz | Dried alfalfa |

You can make a tincture of grass by adding 1 c of grass clippings to 1 pt of unscented alcohol. Let the ingredients sit overnight so that the volatile oils can dissolve into the alcohol. Be certain that the jars has a tight lid so that vapors cannot escape. After most of the chlorophyll and fragrant oils have dissolved into the alcohol solution, it is ready for use. Strain off the solid matter.
