1 | c | Cold milk (skim or 2% fat) |
FRAGRANCE | ||
3/4 | ts | Jasmine perfume oil |
3/4 | ts | Lavender oil |
1/2 | ts | Rosemary oil |

: Tracing time: 1 hour, 20 minutes : Time in molds: 24 hours : Put soap in freezer for 3 hours, then remove from molds. : Age: 4 weeks
Heat the fat. Mix the lye into the cold water. When the fat and lye-water reach the specified temperatures, pour the lye-water into the fat and mix well. Add the milk (cold from the refrigerator) and stir with a whisk for 10 mintues. Stir the mixture occasionally (about every 15 minutes) until it traces (about 1 hour, 20 minutes). Pour the soap into molds and wait 24 hours. Put the soap in a freezer for 3 hours, then remove it from the molds.
