12	oz	Sunflower oil
4	oz	Shortening
LYE SOLUTION
2 3/16	oz	Lye
1/2	c	Cold water
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
1	tb	Sunflower seeds (pressed and ground to a paste-like consiste
1/8	ts	Pourette yellow soap color
FRAGRANCE
1	ts	Cedar wood oil
1	ts	Patchouli oil
1/4	ts	Jasmine perfume oil
1/4	ts	Neroli perfume oil
:	F	at temperature: 100øF
:	L	ye-water temperature: 160øF

: Tracing time: 1 hour, 45 minutes : Add the lye-water to the fats and stir about 5 minutes. Place : the soap in a preheated 200øF oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. : Stir it every fifteen minutes. Remove the soap from the oven and : stir it fairly often until it cools and traces (about 30 minutes). : Stir in the optional ingredients and pour the soap into molds. : Time in molds: 6 days : Age: 8 weeks
