1 | lg | Gauze square (4"x4") or cheesecloth |
1 | tb | Dried herbs or 3 tb fresh (see list below) |
1/2 | c | Grated soap flakes |
1/2 | c | Oatmeal |
4 | dr | Essential oil (see list below) |
1 | 6" piece cotton string | |

Unfold the gauze square and lay flat. Mix together the herbs, soap, oatmeal and essential oil. Place the mixture on the gauze square, and using the string, tie up the corners, creating a little pouch or sack. Use this sack in the bath or shower for scrubbing your skin clean. Hang it to dry between uses and it will last longer.
Experiment with your own favorite mix of herbs and oils.
