Title: Basic Shampoo 1

Yield: 4 Ounces

1/4	c	Distilled water
1/4	c	Liquid soap, such as castile or one for sensitive skin
1/4	ts	Light vegetable oil

Mix together all the ingredients. Pour shampoo into a clean squeeze bottle or empty shampoo bottle. Shampoo as you normally would and rinse well with cool water.

If you have very oil hair you may want to omit the oil.
