Title: Apple Strawberry Chiffon

1/4cCold water
1 Envelope (1 tbsp.)
  Unflavored gelatin
1/3cBoiling water
1/2cWhole strawberries (reserve
2tb)
1/4tsStrawberry extract
2/3cInstant non-fat dry milk
  Artificial sweetened to
  Equal 8 tsp. sugar
8 To 10 ice cubes
1/2mdApple -- peeled and diced

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Add boiling water, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into blender, add strawberries, extract, milk and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, 2 at a time, blending after each addition. Fold apple into mixture and pour evenly into two dessert glasses. Top each with a whole strawberry and chill. Makes two servings.

Substitution: 1 serving is equal to 2 Uneedas and 1/2 cup milk.
