Title: Vegetarian Tamale Filling

2cSharp cheddar cheese
2cShredded swiss or white
  Cheddar cheese
2/3cChopped black olives
2/3cChopped pine nuts
2 Onions, chopped
8clGarlic
2tbDried oregano
2tsGround cumin
1cnWhole kernel corn, drained
2cn(4-oz each) green chilies,
  Chopped
2tsOlive oil

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
