Title: Chocolate Coconut Teacher Cake

1 | pk | Chocolate pudding mix |
4 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Oil |
1 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Hershey's cocoa |
1 | c | Flaked coconut |
Cake mix |
Blend all ingredients except coconut in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Fold in 1 cup flaked coconut. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes for 2 large pans; 35 to 45 minutes for 3 small pans. Let cool in pans 10 minutes then remove. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and slice.
*Can substitute; lemon, vanilla, etc. for the chocolate cake and pudding mixes to make other flavors. Omit Hershey's cocoa.
