6	oz	Dark chocolate
		Fresh fruit - strawberries
		Mandarin
		Oranges, ba
		Toothpicks

Break chocolate into bowl. Heat some water in saucepan over low heat until bubbling. Keep heat on low - place bowl over saucepan. Stir chocolate until melted. When melted, take off heat. Put fruit on toothpicks. Dip into chocolate, let drip on wax paper. Can be used also with cheese and bread pieces, pretzels and potato slices.
