Title: Cinnamon Toast Coffeecake

2 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Margarine -- melted |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
In bowl combine 1 cup sugar, flour and baking powder. Blend with milk and 2 teaspoons melted margarine. Spread in greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and prick cake with fork over entire cake. Mix margarine, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar (I use brown) and pour over cake. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Cool slightly and cut.
