Title: Cocoa Snack Cake

1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/2 | c | Each: buttermilk and water |
1 | Egg | |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | Each: semi-sweet chocolate |

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour an 8 inch square baking pan. In large mixing bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients. Add oil buttermilk, water, egg and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer on low speed just until blended. Beat one minute longer until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan. Dust with 10X sugar. Cut into squares.
