1 | c | Shortening |

5 | To 6 apples | |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | c | Corn Flake crumbs |
Mix flour and shortening. Combine egg in cup and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup then whip. Pour over flour and shortening and mix. Divide in half and roll out to fit jelly roll pan over edge. Slice apples and pour over crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Pour over apples and put Corn Flake crumbs over apples. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
