1 1/2	c	Unsweetened applesauce
1	c	Raisins
1/2	ts	Vanilla
2	ts	Soda
1	tb	Ril-sweet OR 4 pkg. Sweet &
		Low
1	c	Dates -- chopped fine
3		Apples -- peeled and cut in
		Lg
1	ts	Cinnamon
2	c	Flour
1	c	Pecans -- chopped

Mix all ingredients and bake in prepared Bundt pan (spray with Pam) in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
