Title: Apricot Zucchini Jam

6 | c | Skinless -- grated squash |
Õ1 c. crushed pineapple 6 c. sugar 1/2 c. lemon juice Õ Add all to squash. Boil 6 minutes. Turn off heat. Add 2 packages (3 ounces) apricot Jello, stir well. Hot water bath. Boil 5 minutes, 1 inch water over top of lids.
