1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
6 | tb | Canola oil |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Applesauce |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
Sift all dry ingredients into an 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch square pan (ungreased). Make 4 holes in dry mixture. Add remaining ingredients in each well. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pan.
