1/2 | lb | Cured Ham |
3/4 | lb | Ground Beef |
1/4 | lb | Fresh Ground Pork |
1 | Egg, Beaten | |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Cracker Crumbs, Crumbled |
1/2 | c | Tomato Soup |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
GLAZE | ||
1/2 | c | Brown Sugar |
1/2 | c | Crushed Pineapple |
Directions: In large bowl, mix well by hand the meats, egg, milk, crumbs, soup, and pepper. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
