2tbBakers ammonia
1tsOil of lemon
2 Eggs
2tbMilk; new
1ptMilk; new
  Flour

Soak ammonia over night in pint of milk. Beat eggs seperately and ad 2 T. milk to yolks. Mix dough stiff and roll thin. Prick well with fork and bake.
