Title: Black Eyed Beans with Basil Sambuca Dressing

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
1 | ts | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | tb | Sambuca liqueur |
2 | tb | Fresh basil, chopped |
1 | ts | Black pepper ----------SALAD------------ |
2 | c | Cooked black eyed peas |
1/2 | White onion, chopped | |
1/2 | Red bell pepper, diced | |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh basil |
Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
