2 | tb | Oil |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
4 | Carrots, shredded | |
2 | tb | Tamari |
4 | tb | Nutritional yeast |
1/4 | ts | Fresh ginger, minced |
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute. Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes, until carrots are just tender. Serve.
