8 | oz | Soft tofu |
1 | ts | Sea salt (coarse salt) |
1/4 | c | -Water |
1 | tb | Sesame oil |
2 | tb | Brown rice vinegar |
Grate the ginger very fine. Combine all in a blender and puree until creamy.
