340 | g | Chopped fresh tomatoes |
1 | md | Potato; diced |
1 | Carrot; diced | |
55 | g | Red or white chopped cabbage |
1 | md | Onion; chopped |
100 | ml | Olive oil |
Sea salt | ||
Black pepper |
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30 minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 - 60 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
