Water for boiling | ||
1 | pn | Salt |
3 | Scallions, sliced | |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | tb | Sesame oil |
1 | tb | Fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/4 | ts | Red pepper, optional |
2 | ts | Toasted sesame seeds |
Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature.
