Title: Tofu Nut Patties

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2cWater
1tbEgg replacer
1cWhole wheat bread crumbs
1/2cRoasted almond butter
1/2cWalnuts, finely chopped
1/2cSunflower seeds, lightly roasted
1/2cMillet or brown rice, precooked
2tbAlmond oil
2tbParsley
1tbOnion powder
1tsGarlic powder
1tsThyme
1/2tsMarjoram
1/2tsSea salt
1/8tsRosemary, ground
1/2lbTofu, crumbled

Mix the water and egg replacer together.

Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.

Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
